Private Active Shooter Survival Course
This is a private course for up to 24 people. It covers "run, hide, fight" concepts, but in much more detail. We cover plans, barricades, combatives, weapon disarms, improvised weapons, concealed carry, first aid for gunshots and run the class through a variety of scenarios to drive home the training. You must schedule this a month in advance. Cost is $350 at our location, $500 at yours.

Olympic Lifting (Personal Trainer)
This is one on one training with Mike Quinn, our head Strength Training Coach who teaches Olympic Lifting at the University.
Nutrition Adviser Session (1 on 1)
Sessions can include: review of your diet, general nutrition education, habit changes, goal setting, problem solving obstacles, label reading, macro coaching, and answering your questions about food, nutrition and overall healthy lifestyle.
